Do I need to know how to set anything up?

No. Describe your business in one sentence. The Copilot creates the agent, the pipeline and the flows, and you adjust whatever you want, on screen or by asking.

Can the Copilot spend my money on ads?

Not without you. Ads are created paused, and turning one on or changing its budget asks for your confirmation.

What if the AI gives a wrong answer?

You test the agent as a customer before turning it on. In real conversations, you decide when it hands over to a person, and anyone on your team can take over with one click. Replying from your phone also pauses the agent.

Can I use my current WhatsApp number?

Yes. In the official connection, choose “I already use WhatsApp Business on my phone” and the app keeps working. You can also use a new number.

What are credits?

Credits pay for the AI: agent replies and requests to the Copilot. Every plan includes credits each month, and the free trial comes with 3,000.

Can I cancel anytime?
